1. We have to know that your treatment planning system is fully verified against the beam model, as this is the first step in creation of a high quality treatment plan
2. We need to have established communication with your radiation oncologist and understand clearly what is the treatment aim with every patient
3. We do not download or transfer in any way your patient data, the patient remains in your system, which we access with approval and clearance of your local hospital IT administrator. Therefore, patient data protection is fully in place
4. Within 24- 72 hours we deliver treatment plan for your particular treatment machine including dosimetry  verification plan on your patient specific QA tool
5. We confirm plan quality with your radiation oncologist before first patient treatment. Local radiation oncologist keeps full responsibility for treatment plan approval and delivery
